<description>&#60;p&#62;CPU cycles are proportional to your RAM, 1024 gets 4x more CPU cycles than a 256 Webby but, if there are free cycles you will get as many as needed. As long as the server isn't under high load you'll have all you need. However, if the server does come under high load your CPU cycles will be decreased down to your maximum share.
